Learn at your own pace. A new device is only useful if you know how to use it. We provide one-on-one, personalized training sessions right in your own home, at your favorite coffee shop, or even remotely if you’re on vacation. We'll sit down with you and patiently walk you through the functions of your technology in plain, simple English. Our goal is for you to feel completely confident and empowered, and we're happy to answer every question you have. If we don’t have an answer, we will diligently research and find the answers for you.

Ongoing Support (On-Site & Remote)
Your tech partner for the long haul. Our relationship doesn't end when the installation is done. When questions or problems arise, we're here to help.
On-Site Support: For hands-on issues, we can come to you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Remote Support: For many software issues, we can securely access your computer or smart phone remotely (with your permission and a one time access code) to provide a quicker fix without needing an in-person visit.

For clients who want priority service and extra savings, we offer two convenient monthly support plans.
A. Standard Support Plan - $20/month
Up to 30 minutes of remote support each month.
Includes one license for Bitdefender Antivirus Software.
A $20 credit and 10% discount on our standard hourly rate for any additional services
B. Plus Support Plan - $30/month
Up to 1 hour of remote support each month.
Includes two licenses for Bitdefender Antivirus Software.
A $30 credit and 25% discount on our standard hourly rate for any additional services.
